CAMERIMAGE

Yesterday started the Camerimage - a huge festival dedicated to the celebration of cinematography in my hometown - Bydgoszcz.

At the end of November every year, Camerimage brings together professional cinematographers, students and other people associated with the film industry from all over the world. The Camerimage festival endure for a week, with multiple events at one time. 

It's the time of the year when the city is truly living, the coffehouses are full of cinema lovers. Their week in Bydgoszcz is filled to the brim, seminars with inspiring people and screenings from morning to the night. The locals can also feel like a cinema experts and join into some of the lectures and the shows. 

For the students they organise a volunteering, there are various tasts that you might be assigned to, for example: cinema from the technic side or interaction with the visitors. It's a perfect chance to improve knowledge of English or other languages.

I'm gonna use the day off from the uni to watch some good cinematography :)
